Promotion and all incentives available on active Meritage Homes Southern California communities solely in connection with the purchase of select quick move-in homes (see a Meritage sales counselor for information about qualifying homes) that meet all the following qualifications: (a) the new home purchase agreement for such home that is entered into by buyer and accepted by Meritage Homes between October 1, 2024, and October 20, 2024. Buyer will receive (a) Credit of up to 20K to reduce rates on select QMI homes eligible to close by December 15, 2024; and (b) Move-in package including washer, dryer and refrigerator. The aggregate total of all credits and incentives provided by Meritage and/or MTH Mortgage in connection with this promotion or otherwise associated with the purchase of the home that require a qualifying loan from MTH Mortgage to finance the home shall in no event exceed the sum of three percent (3%) of the base price of the home plus any lot/unit premium, and if, for any reason whatsoever, the aggregate of such credits and incentives exceeds such amount, then such credits and incentives will be reduced automatically so that the aggregate of such credits and incentives is equal to three percent (3%) of the base price of the home plus any lot/unit premium. In such event, buyer may still be able to take advantage of certain loan programs offered by MTH Mortgage, but buyer would be solely responsible for the costs associated with such program.
